Grazie a svariati esercizi, variazioni, ripetizioni o ritmi differenti, la sfida si adatta ad ogni esigenza e permette di allenare forza, resistenza, mobilità e rapidità. Il nostro fisico è lo strumento di training più poliedrico che esista! Ci sono moltissimi esercizi diversi col peso del corpo con i quali sicuramente non Vi annoierete.
Siccome non sono necessari pesi, siete particolarmente flessibili ed indipendenti.
